Sausage Brunch Casserole
Ingredients
1 pound sausage
13 ounces can pet evaporated milk
1 1/2 slices bread, cubed
5 eggs
2 C. cheddar cheese, grated
salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking Instructions
Prepare evening before. Cook sausage and drain thoroughly on paper towels. Beat the eggs and evaporated milk slightly. Add sausage, cubed bread and cheddar cheese. Pour into 9 x 9 inch casserole. Cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes or until firm in a preheated 350 degree oven. Onions, green peppers and mushrooms can also be added.
