Saucy Cheese Topping
Ingredients
2 Tbsp. flour
1 C. skim milk
1/4 tsp. dry mustard (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 C. grated American cheese
Cooking Instructions
Make a paste for flour and 2 Tbls. milk in saucepan. Stirring constantly, gradually add the remaining milk. Cook until thickened. Add seasoning and cheese, and stir over low heat until thickened. Serve over potatoes or vegetables.
