Rye Tomato Bread
Ingredients
1 package (5/16-ounce) yeast
1 C. bread flour
3/4 C. unbleached flour
1/2 C. rye flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. caraway seed
1/4 C. chopped tomato
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
7/8 C. tomato juice
Cooking Instructions
Put all ingredients, in the order given, into the bread pan, select white bread, push Start.
