Rue Spice Cake
Ingredients
5 3/4 C. flour
3 Tbsp. baking powder
4 C. sugar
1 C. powdered eggs or equivalent
1 Tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 Tbsp. vanilla
Cooking Instructions
A cake that bakes up on the edges of the pan and remains gooey and mushy in the middle. A real lip smacker. Add the vanilla and enough water to the dry mixed ingredients to obtain a batter consistancy. Recipe is enough for 3 batches of cake. 8 x 8 inch pan. Heat oven to 325 degrees or bake over wood coals. Bake until the edges rise and brown. Then serve.
