Round Steak With Rich Gravy
Ingredients
2 to 2 1/2 lb. round steak (can use deer steak)
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. onion soup mix
1/4 C. water
1 (10 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
Cooking Instructions
Cut steak into 5 or 6 serving pieces. Place in slow cooker. Add dry onion soup mix, water and mushroom soup. Cover and start on high until it bubbles, then cook on low for 7-9 hours.
