Ranchers Rave
Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds stew beef cubes
1 1/2 pounds pork cubes
2 C. chopped onions
3 small green peppers seeded, chopped
6 oz. tomato paste
1/2 C. brown sugar
1/4 C. cider vinegar
1/4 C. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Cooking Instructions
Mix all together in crock pot. Cover and cook on high for 8 hours. Shred with wire whisk or potato masher and serve over buns, potatoes, rice, or any pasta.
