Ingredients

1 1/3 C. water
2 Tbsp. oil, vegetable
2 1/2 tsp. molasses
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. cocoa, unsweetened
1 1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
2 C. flour, rye
2 C. flour, bread
2 1/2 tsp. yeast
2/3 C. raisins

Cooking Instructions

Add all ingredients in order except raisins. Set machine to appropriate setting and begin cycle. At the end of first kneading, add raisins and resume cycle.
