Ragedy Hot Muesli
Ingredients
3 to 4 apples, peeled & quartered
1 orange, peeled
2 Tbsp. raw oats, Muesli (soak overnight)
1 Tbsp. wheat germ (optional)
1/2 C. pitted dates or figs
1/2 C. nuts or almonds
Honey or fructose to sweeten
Cooking Instructions
Cook Muesli, add wheat germ, then add fruit and nuts.
