Pure Jellies Or Toppings
Ingredients
1 C. fruit juice, unsweetened
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar replacement
1 Tbsp. low calorie pectin
Cooking Instructions
Combine ingredients in saucepan. Bring to a boil; boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Pour mixture into serving dish or jelly jar; chill. To microwave, follow directions using large bowl. Cook on High.
