Ingredients

1/3 C. vegetable oil
1 C. fresh pumpkin puree or 8 ounce canned pumpkin
2 eggs
3/4 C. brown sugar, packed
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 C. oats
1 1/4 C. self-rising flour
1/4 C. ground walnuts

Cooking Instructions

If you are using a National or Panasonic machine, all ingredients are mixed together prior to placing in the pan for baking. If using the Breadmakerrushi, place the ingredients in the machine in the order given. Bake for 40 minutes.
