Ingredients

2 C. sugar
3 eggs
15 ounces pumpkin
1 stick melted margarine
2 C. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Cream cheese frosting:
3 ounces cream cheese
6 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. milk
2 or 3 C. powdered sugar

Cooking Instructions

Cake: Mix all ingredients. Pour in a greased 11 x 19 pan at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until firm. Cream cheese frosting: Mix all ingredients and spread on cooled cake.
