Pumpernickel Bread
Ingredients
2 1/4 C. bread flour
1/4 C. rye flour (1 ounce)
1/4 C. whole wheat flour(1 1/3 ounce)
1 Tbsp. dry milk
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. cornmeal
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. molasses
15/16 C. water
1 tsp. dry yeast
Cooking Instructions
Place all ingredients (except liquids and yeast) inside the bread pan. Add liquid ingredients. Close cover and place dry yeast into the yeast holder. Press start.
