Ingredients

1 package yeast
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. sugar
3 C. bread flour
2 Tbsp. gluten
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. baking soda
1 1/3 C. pretzel sticks; thin/broken in half
1 egg white
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
12 ounces light beer plus 1/4 C. water, heated

Cooking Instructions

Add all ingredients into the pan in the order listed. Select white bread and push “Start” Containing no cholesterol and negligible sugar, this exciting bread is perfect for party snacks or sandwiches.
