Pressure Cooker Fish Chowder
Ingredients
2-3 frozen blocks skinless, boneless
haddock or other white fish, cut in chunks
4-6 potatoes, diced
1 sm. onion, diced
1 can chicken broth
1 can water
1 can milk
1 pt. half and half
Salt & Pepper
Cooking Instructions
Put first 6 ingredients in pressure cooker and cook 8 to 10 minutes after pressure is up. Remove from heat and let pressure come down on its own. Open cooker and add salt and pepper to taste. Stir. Add half and half and cook, stirring often, until slightly thickened and heated through.
