Ingredients

1 1/4 C. water
3 Tbsp. butter
2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. potato flakes
2 C. bread flour
1 C. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. vital gluten
1 Tbsp. wheat germ
2 tsp. yeast

Cooking Instructions

Place all the ingredients in the Pan of the machine. Select White Cycle and Light Setting and push the start button
