Pork With Orange And Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
6 pork chop cutlets sliced or cubed or to 1/2 pounds pork loin roast
1/2 C. sliced green onions to 1 C.
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 C. orange juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tsp. honey
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Cooking Instructions
In a large skillet, brown chops in oil on both sides. Place pork in crock pot and sprinkle with the green onions. Whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over the pork. Cover and cook on low 7 to 9 hours.
