Pork Salad
Ingredients
1 pound pork cut in strips
1/2 C. oriental stir-fry sauce
3 onions, green sliced
1/2 bell pepper diced
2 packages (10 ounce) pea pods, frozen thawed, drained
1 can (8 ounce) mandarin oranges drained
1 can (3 ounce) chow mein noodles
Cooking Instructions
In large nonstick skillet, stir-fry pork over medium-high heat for about 4 to 5 minutes. In a large bowl, toss pork with remaining ingredients. Serve with hot french bread.
