Pork Loin With Pineapple And Cranberry
Ingredients
4 pounds pork loin roast
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 can crushed pineapple-16 oz.
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 can cranberry sauce
1/4 tsp. cloves
Cooking Instructions
Season roast with salt and pepper, and place in crock pot. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low. To serve, slice and spoon sauce over each portion.
