Pork Chops And Vegetables
Ingredients
6 pork loin chops, about 1 inch thick
2 cans cut green beans-16 oz. each
1 can whole kernel corn-12 oz.
1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 can tomato sauce-8 oz.
Cooking Instructions
Brown pork chops in a small amount of fat in a skillet. Put vegetables and browned chops into an electric cooker. Add seasonings. Mix cornstarch and a small amount of tomato sauce. Add cornstarch mixture and remaining tomato sauce to cooker. Mix. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
