Pork Chop Casserole 2
Ingredients
8 pork chops 1/2 inch thick
seasoned salt
oil
10 3/4 ounces cream of celery soup, condensed undiluted
2/3 C. milk
1/2 C. sour cream
salt
pepper
26 ounces frozen shredded hash browns
2 C. shredded cheddar cheese divided
1 can (2.8 ounce) french fried onions divided
Cooking Instructions
Sprinkle pork chops with seasoned salt. Brown in oil on both sides. In a large bowl, combine soup, milk, sour cream, salt and pepper. Stir in hash browns, 1 1/4 C. cheese, and half the onions. Spread into a greased 9 x 13. Arrange pork chops on top. Cover and bake 350 for 40 minutes. Uncover. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions. Bake, uncovered for 10 minutes.
