Pork And Macaroni
Ingredients
6 medium thick pork chops cut off the meat
1 large onion coarsely chopped
1 pound spaghetti
olive oil
salt and pepper
italian grating cheese
Cooking Instructions
In a large pot, brown the meat and onions together in some olive oil. You may brown the bones also as they add more flavor. Add about 1 C. of water and salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for about 45 minutes. Bring to boil a pot of water and cook spaghetti. Drain spaghetti; remove pork bones and pour pork and onion mixture over the spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese and serve hot.
