Polynesian Veal
Ingredients
2 pounds boneless veal shoulder cut into 1 inch cubes
1/4 C. water
1/4 sherry
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. artificial sweetener
Cooking Instructions
Brown veal in nonstick skillet. Mix remaining ingredients in crock pot. Stir in veal. Cover and cook on low setting for 4 to 6 hours.
