Ingredients

1 package yeast
1 tsp. sugar
3 C. bread flour
1/2 C. cooked sweet italian sausage
1/2 C. whole black olives
1/4 C. mozzarella cheese
1/4 C. parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 C. bottled pizza sauce
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. whole fennel seed
1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
1 tsp. oregano
3 Tbsp. hot water
4 cloves garlic, minced

Cooking Instructions

Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturers instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
