Ingredients

1 1/4 C. water
3 Tbsp. honey
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 Tbsp. vital gluten (optional); to 3 Tbsp.
3 1/3 C. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. yeast
1/2 C. raisins
1/4 C. pistachios

Cooking Instructions

Place ingredients in order according to manufacturer, adding raisins and pistachios at the beep. Medium crust setting.
