Pineapple Pudding Cake
Ingredients
2 C. flour
2 C. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
3 Tbsp. soft butter
1 can crushed pineapple plus juice 20 ounce size
1 C. nuts
2 eggs
1 C. coconut
Cooking Instructions
Sift together flour, sugar, soda and baking powder; blend in butter, pineapple, nuts, eggs, and coconut. Beat well and bake in greased 9 x 13 inch pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
