Pickled Shrimp
Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 C. salad oil
1 C. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. capers
1 C. chopped red onions (large pieces)
2 tsp. minced garlic
Cooking Instructions
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate overnight; stir occasionally. Remove shrimp and onions from marinade and . serve with salad greens or pasta. Yield: 4 servings
