Pheasants Cream
Ingredients
1 pheasant
1 C. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 C. melted butter
1/4 C. oil
1 C. cream (half & half)
Cooking Instructions
Cut pheasant into pieces. Combine all dry ingredients and roll pheasant. Brown the pheasant into the butter and oil in a skillet. Place in a baking dish. Combine the drippings in a pan and add cream and bring to a boil, add salt and pepper to taste and then pour over pheasant. Cover and cook at 325 degrees for an hour.
