Pheasant Burger
Ingredients
1 uncooked boned pheasant
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and broken into pieces
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sausage seasonings
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Cooking Instructions
Add seasonings to unground meat, then grind. Make patties 1/2 inch thick and about 4 inches in diameter. Put on grill or dip in flour and fry both sides.
