Pesto Sauce For Pasta
Ingredients
2 C. firmly packed basil leaves
3/4 C. fresh Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 C. pine nuts
4 lg. cloves garlic
1/2 C. olive oil
Cooking Instructions
Put first 4 ingredients in food processor. With processor running add 1/2 cup olive oil in a slow stream. Ideas for serving: Toss sauce with steamed vegetables, pasta, fresh chopped tomatoes.
