Perky Turkey
Ingredients
3 C. cooked rice
2 C. diced cooked turkey
1/2 C. sliced celery
2 oz. diced pimientos; drained
1/3 C. Dijon mustard dressing
lettuce leaves
Cooking Instructions
Combine rice, turkey, celery, pimientos, and dressing in large bowl. Serve over lettuce leaves.
