Perfect Turkey Loaf
Ingredients
2 lb. ground turkey
3 slices stale bread; pulled into crumbs
2 eggs; slightly beaten
1 medium onion; minced
1/4 C. green pepper; minced
2 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 C. evaporated milk
3/4 C. catsup
Cooking Instructions
Lightly mix all ingredients except 1/2 C. of the catsup. Mold in a 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Spread top with remaining 1/2 C. catsup. Bake in a preheated 375 oven for 1-1/4 hours. Pour juices from pan. Unmold loaf onto a heated platter. If desired, use juices to make gravy.
