Ingredients

1 package yeast
3 C. bread flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 C. sugar
1/4 C. nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 C. butter, softened
1 each egg
2 Tbsp. honey
2 Tbsp. corn syrup
1/4 C. pecans
1/2 tsp. pepper, fresh ground
1 tsp. whole anise seed
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. allspice
3/4 C. very warm water

Cooking Instructions

Place all ingredients in pan in the order listed. Select white bread and press “Start”. Unless otherwise noted all ingredients should be at room temperature.
