Pear Cake 1
Ingredients
3 eggs
2 C. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 C. vegetable oil
3 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 C. chopped pecans
3 C. chopped pears
Cooking Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Combine eggs, sugar, vanilla, and oil; mix well. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan. Bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
