Peanut Butter Sundaes
Ingredients
1/3 C. sugar
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. water
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. creamy peanut butter
2 C. chocolate nonfat frozen yogurt
Cooking Instructions
Combine sugar and water in a saucepan. Bring to boil; boil 1 minute or until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter. Transfer to a blender; blend on high until smooth. Cool slightly and pour over frozen yogurt. Refrigerate any unused sauce.
