Peach Or Apricot Butter
Ingredients
4 cans Peaches, 28 oz. cans, drain
3 C. Sugar, or 4 to taste
2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Cloves
2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
Cooking Instructions
Drain fruit and de-pit. Puree using blender or food processor. Pour in the crock pot. Add remaining ingredients. Cover, cook on High 8 to 10 hours. Remove cover during last half of cooking. Stir occasionally. Store in refrigerator.
