Parmesan Noodles
Ingredients
8 oz. medium egg noodles
1/4 C. butter or margarine
1 C. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1/2 C. light cream
finely chopped parsley
Cooking Instructions
Cook noodles in boiling salted water as package label directs. Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add cheese, 1/4 tsp. salt, pepper and cream. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until blended and fairly smooth. Drain noodles well. Immediately add to cheese mixture and toss until noodles are well coated. Turn into a heated serving dish. Sprinkle with parsley and a little more grated cheese, if you wish. Serves 6.
