Oysters On The Half Shell With Red Wine Vinegar
Ingredients
24 oysters, in the shell
45 oz. vinegar, red wine
2 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. shallots, or green onion, finely minced
1 Tbsp. parsley, finely minced
Cooking Instructions
Clean oysters by scrubbing under cold running water. Open with an oyster knife. Free oyster from shell, and leave on half shell. To prepare sauce, mix together vinegar, oil, and onion. Garnish with parsley. Serve oysters with sauce on the side.
