Oyster Stew
Ingredients
1 pt. oysters
3/4 tsp. salt
2 C. milk
1 C. light cream
Dash of hot sauce
Paprika
Oleo
Cooking Instructions
Combine oysters and their liquid and salt. Cook on medium 5 minutes. Stir in milk, cream and hot sauce. Heat through. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Top each serving with paprika and pat of oleo.
