Oriental Marinade
Ingredients
1/4 C. soy sauce
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons vinegar.
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
3/4 C. vegetable oil
1 green onion, finely chopped
Cooking Instructions
Mix together soy sauce, honey and vinegar. Blend in garlic powder and ground ginger. Add vegetable oil and green onion. Place meat, poultry or fish in pan and cover with marinade; let stand 4 hours or longer. Barbecue over glowing coals until desired doneness, while brushing with marinade.
