Oranges Olives And Onions
Ingredients
1 tsp. olive oil
1 tsp. white wine vinegar
2 large navel oranges
4 olives, medium or large, black Italian, French or Greek
2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
Cooking Instructions
In a serving bowl, mix oil and vinegar. Peel oranges with a knife to remove pith along with the skin; slice. Add to bowl. Pit olives. Cut up and add to bowl. Stir onion into the bowl, mixing all the ingredients well.
