Orange Waldorf Salad
Ingredients
4 oranges, peeled
1 apple
1/2 C. celery
1/4 C. yogurt, plain, low fat
1/4 C. chopped pecans, toasted
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
salad greens
Cooking Instructions
Chop up oranges and apple into bite-sized pieces. Combine all the ingredients, except the salad greens, in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate. Serve on salad greens.
