Orange Pineapple Pudding Cake
Ingredients
1 box butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 C. oil
1 can (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, undrained
Frosting
9 ounces whipped topping
20 ounce can crushed pineapple with liquid
1 large box instant vanilla pudding, dry
Few drops of lemon juice
Cooking Instructions
Mix all cake ingredients together and beat 4 minutes. Bake in two 9 inch layers in 350 oven for 25 minutes. Cool. Split each cake into 2 layers. For frosting, combine all ingredients and spread between layers and over cake. Allow cake to cool in refrigerator several hours before serving.
