Ingredients

6 ounce can (3/4 C.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 C. flour
1 C. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda, salt
1/2 C. shortening, milk
2 eggs
1 C. raisins
1/3 C. chopped nuts
Topping
1/3 C. sugar
1/4 C. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

Grease and flour bottom of 13 x 9 inch pan. Combine 1/2 C. of the orange juice concentrate with remaining ingredients in large mixing bowl. Blend at lowest speed until just blended. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Pour into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Combine topping ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle remaining orange juice concentrate over warm cake; sprinkle with topping.
