Ingredients

6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate
2-1/4 C. skim milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1-3/4 tsp. Equal Measure, or 6 packets Equal sweetener, or 1/4 C. Equal Spoonful
8 ice cubes
ground nutmeg, or cinnamon (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Process orange juice concentrate, milk, vanilla, and Equal in food processor or blender until smooth. Add ice cubes and process again until smooth. Serve in small glasses. Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon, if desired.
