One Pot Pork Chop Dinner
Ingredients
6 to 8 pork chops
1 can tomatoes
1 can cut green beans
2 C. cooked rice
Cooking Instructions
Salt and pepper pork chops and pan fry (do not flour). Set aside. Pour off any excess oil. Pour tomatoes in pan where you fried pork chops. In a medium-sized baking dish, put cooked rice. Next, layer with green beans, then arrange pork chops over beans. Pour tomatoes over all layers. Cover and bake for 10 to 20 minutes.
