One Dish Chicken Rice Bake
Ingredients
3/4 C. long grain rice (uncooked)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 C. water
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Cooking Instructions
Mix all of the first 5 ingredients in a baking dish, lay chicken breasts on top. Bake, covered, for 45 minutes at 375.
