Oatmeal Stout Bread
Ingredients
1 C. water; (+1 Tbsp. for less dense loaf)
1 Tbsp. oil; butter or your favorite grease
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. powdered buttermilk; optional
1 Tbsp. milled chocolate barley malt
1 3/4 C. white flour
1/8 C. whole wheat flour
1/8 C. rye flour
1/8 C. oat meal
1/8 C. roman meal cream of rye
1 tsp. gluten; (not essential)
Cooking Instructions
Bring bread ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set “baking control” at 10 o’clock. Select “white bread” and push Start.
