Ingredients

3/4 C. apple juice
1 C. apples, fresh, peeled, cored,
-sliced grated
1 egg beater or whites
1 Tbsp. honey
1 Tbsp. applesauce
1/3 C. sunflower seeds
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, ground
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. wheat germ, crude
2 Tbsp. gluten
1 C. whole-wheat flour
1 C. oat bran
1 C. bread flour
1/2 C. oats, rolled, dry
1 package yeast

Cooking Instructions

Place all in order given in your bread machine and follow manufacturers instructions for best results. This recipe can be made with the regular, rapid or delayed time bake cycles.
