Norwegian Fish
Ingredients
2 lbs. sea bass (or red snapper), cut
in chunks
Krustasz pancake mix
Cooking Instructions
Mix water and pancake mix to make a thick batter. Dip fish in pancake mix. Heat cooking oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees. When oil is hot enough, drop fish into it. Brown for 2 or 3 minutes. Crust will be a deep golden color. Great with tartar sauce or ketchup mixed with horseradish. Serve with French fries.
