Ingredients

2 C. of flour
1 tsp. of baking soda
1/2 tsp. of salt
3 tsp. of cinnamon
3 eggs beaten
2 C. sugar
1/2 C. of salad oil
1/2 tsp. of vanilla
5 C. of apples (peeled and sliced)
1/2 C. of chopped walnuts (optional)

Cooking Instructions

Combine eggs, oil, sugar, and vanilla. Add flour, salt, cinnamon, and baking soda. Fold in apples and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees in a greased 13×9 inch pan for 1 hour. Let cool then serve.
